Feet and Pelvis
Masterclass
Pelvic congestion and reduced pelvic mobility are increasingly common in our sedentary culture,
And they can have a direct impact on gastrointestinal, reproductive, and pelvic floor health.
Often, it starts with the feet. The way we load them, move them, and contain them in shoes influences the entire myofascial and postural system — from the ground up — with a particularly strong effect on the pelvis. Restrictions in foot mobility, altered weight distribution, and reduced sensory input from the feet can change how forces are transmitted through the legs and into the pelvic region, affecting circulation, tissue tone, and organ support.
In this live, guided online workshop, we will explore the functional and fascial connection between feet and pelvic health through gentle movement. You’ll learn how habitual patterns and tension in the feet can contribute to pelvic symptoms, and how working with the feet can help soothe, reduce, and manage pelvic discomfort, congestion, and tension in a natural, body-led way.
This workshop is for you if you experience pelvic tension, heaviness, discomfort, digestive sluggishness, or simply want to better understand and support your pelvic health from a whole-body perspective.
👉 Join live on January 23 to explore this connection and experience how working from the feet can create more ease and vitality in your pelvis.
