The Menstrual Cycle
in Movement
The menstrual cycle is deeply connected with your whole-body health
Changes in your cycle are not just symptoms to manage — they are signals your body sends about balance, fertility, and well-being.
In this 4-session online course, you’ll learn how to track your cycle, understand its physiology, and use movement as a tool to release pelvic congestion, support ovulation, ease pain, and restore flow. Each session also weaves in gentle self-reflexology practices to help bring harmony throughout the cycle.
Whether you’re navigating PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, or the transitions of peri- and menopause, this course offers both knowledge and embodied solutions to meet you where you are.
