The Menstrual Cycle
in Movement

The menstrual cycle is deeply connected with your overall physiology
Understanding the cycle more fully helps us support overall body’s health and treat cycle changes not just as symptoms but as signals.
In this 4-session online course you’ll learn the anatomy and physiology of menstruation, cycle tracking, and evidence-based movement for each phase.
Delivered by Elisa, it combines knowledge with embodied practice.
Each session also includes simple self-reflexology techniques to support balance throughout the cycle.
Whether your cycle is regular, irregular, or shifting—this course is for you.

→ Movement suggestions to support this phase, enhancing circulation and stimulating ovulation if required.
module 3

What each “season” of the menstrual cycle reveals to us and how to move through them
Autumn - the luteal phase, when what remains of the follicle, the corpus luteum, prepares the body for the next phase
Winter - the menstruation phase, when the uterus renews its skin
→ Rising progesterone, calming the system but sometimes leading to PMS symptoms.
→ Reflexology: some reflex points can encourage balance and vitality.
→ Movement suggestions to support the preparation of the uterus to either include a new life or stabilize for renewal and sheds.
